When you are finetuning your software, could you create a late notices report that we could print out to mail to individual clients, with their DBA and address that would line up for a window envelope.  And maybe have a minimum amount past due before a notice would be generated, ie $50.00.

Is there any way to incorporate a WARNING of some sort - when a buyer's account balance gets lower than a 1 to 1 difference in trade vs. cash?  In other words, if a transaction goes thru and the BUYER's account goes to $100 TRADE and $100 CASH - a warning should go off, requiring the operator to OK such a deal.  Sometimes accounts spend out their trade balance, and never pay us the cash on an account that's being closed - because they got their product or service out of the system without paying us the fee - as it would not typically be billed until the given month. We're left a lot of times without getting paid.
