Set up what your employees, Sales Agents,
Brokers are allow to access in Barter
Solutions.

Key in the Employee Names and then assign
them a username and password.

Select the Options that you will allow them
to view. things like adding members, use the
accounting functions, access Inventory
use the administrative screens, cancel
trades, view credit card information,
perform month end process and to use
